- Platinum Passport is Bibkins-neon's premium experience campaign for eligible Platinum and Diamond VIP members. Collect Passport Points through selected VIP games and events, climb the private leaderboard, and compete for one of ten hosted Monaco experience packages.
- Each main package includes premium travel, five-star accommodation, a private yacht experience, and a hosted Bibkins-neon VIP itinerary. Package details and available travel dates are displayed on the VIP Promotions page.
- The leading players on the final Passport leaderboard receive guaranteed experience packages. Additional packages are awarded through wildcard draws, giving eligible VIP members outside the leading positions another route to Monaco.
- Alongside the experience packages, $500,000 in cash rewards is distributed through the main leaderboard, weekly VIP missions, and wildcard prize draws.

Terms & conditions
- Participants must hold an active and verified Bibkins-neon account at an eligible Platinum or Diamond VIP tier.
- The promotion is available only to players aged 18 or older who are located in an eligible jurisdiction.
- Only participating games, VIP events, and settled activity displayed on the promotion page qualify.
- Passport Points have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
- The final leaderboard closes at the time displayed on the VIP Promotions page.
- Wildcard draws include only verified players who meet the minimum Passport Point requirement.
- Experience winners must meet all identity, travel, visa, age, health, and destination entry requirements.
- Each winner's guest must also complete the required identity and eligibility checks.
- Travel dates, departure locations, accommodation, and package inclusions are subject to the final itinerary.
- An experience package may be replaced with an equivalent prize where delivery becomes impossible for reasons outside Bibkins-neon's control.
- Monaco locations, venues, events, company names, and third-party trademarks may only be used after the required agreements and permissions are secured.
- Standard KYC and AML procedures apply before any cash or experience reward is released.
- Accounts involved in fraud, multi-accounting, collusion, exploitation, or promotion abuse will be disqualified.
- Bibkins-neon may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion where required for security, compliance, licensing, or technical reasons.
